Overall ambience and rooms are nice and clean but there are a few improvements beeded. There was no air heater in room, no cotton slippers to use on the freezing floor and no hot water facility in the wash basins.

Had an excellent stay at mountain trails during our family trip to ooty. The view from the balcony is just amazing. Food was also good. Mr pradeep provided excellent service during our stay at the resort. Due to the cold weather we couldn't utilise the pool facilities though. Nevertheless, kudos to the entire team of mountain trails

The best part about the property is their location. It's on a hillside with amazing views. If you're going with family you can easily spend time at the property and it's located near by to tea park and doddabetta peek. The cleanliness is average but not great.

10/10 location, 10/10 service. Mr. Mani especially took care of all our needs and wants. The view from the room was a treat for the eyes. The room was very clean and neat and so was the washroom.
