One of the worst resort I could experience..... The room was filled with smoking smell nd full of 🕷️ not cleaned.... It was an horrible experience ..., coming to view not bad I think Ooty as better view resort den this.... Nd this is really far from the city

Our stay here was good, staff is very cooperative. Special thanks to Murugan. He is very helpful and he provided great hospitality and he was also very proactive is resolving any issues that we faced. Also, special thanks to Mr. Partha Sarthy who initiated our refund for early check out without much trouble.

Zero Hospitality!! If you are looking for a vacation where rooms don't have basic amenities, room is not cleaned after being asked, food arrives 2 hours after placing an order, for extra mattress a mattress with lizard is provided and the guest is asked to set it up, rooms without a phone so you need to walk to the reception every time you need something ( and you are lucky if you find someone there) to a sign board reading 'Coming Soon', you should choose this so called 'Resort' to get the wonderful experience described.
