Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk, kamer was ruim met uitzicht op het park, eigen toegangsdeur ‘‘s avonds, goed ontbijt werd continue aangevuld. Al met al prettig verblijf, reden om hier een x weer te komen.

Very bad expérience. My room was with cobwebs and my bathroom filled with mold. I changed 3 rooms but it was all even worst. Thé was a Big plate of Fried chicken in thé last room i was offered. After i complaint to Martjin the manager ,he agreed to refund my stay. A month later he wrote and said he wasn't going to pay back . I find it very hard to believe a manager of a hotel will write emails of such bad maners. Run away from this hotel and incase you happen to be in thésame situatiin do not leave there without any prove of your refund. If you booked through an agency call them directly and report thé incident immédiately.

Vriendelijke ontvangt, Martijn is behulpzaam. Wandelen naar het stadscentrum is een paar minuten. Kamers zijn prima, airconditioning werkt uitstekend. Douches schoon maar gedateerd. Geen geluidsoverlast van het feest langs de rivier.

Het hotel bestaat uit twee oude pakhuizen, de ene heeft een lift, bij de ander zijn er smalle wenteltrappen. De ligging van het hotel is perfect, dicht bij het centrum, heel veel restaurants, op loopafstand van het natuurgebied De Ooijpolder. Je kunt je fiets binnen stallen, dus er zijn veel fietsende gasten. Het ontbijt is prima. Er is een bemande receptie vanaf de ochtend tot 17.00 uur, daarna maak je gebruik van de “ nacht deur” . Er zijn kamers met uitzicht op de Waal, en anders wordt het de achterkant van het hotel met zicht op het Valkhofpark. Kortom het is een prima uitvalsbasis.we houden een nette, schone kamer, met een grote tv aan de muur, alleen geen afstandsbediening en deze was ook niet meer voorradig. De douche is niet groot, maar prima te gebruiken en alles is aanwezig. Wel even was de open kledingkast nogal in het midden van de kamer. Overdag geen probleem, mocht je s’ nachts je bed uit moeten, dan is een zaklamp zeer welkom. We hebben er een prima verblijf gehad.

Petit hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre ville et calme, restos à 2 pas avec terrasse sur le fleuve, très agréable. Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable, propreté absolue partout, excellent petit déjeuner et accueil au top (en français).

Very clean, good breakfast but a little small (there were no scrambled eggs or bacon), there was a great view by the water, nice place in nice surroundings. The elevator didn't work, but it was cozy. The rooms were clean and had tea/coffee etc.

Assistentiehonden zijn onder geen beding welkom! Na het VN-verdrag voor gelijke rechten van de mens laten lezen te hebben, hadden ze het lef helemaal niet meer te reageren. Op een weigering van een assistentiehond staat een boete. NOOT NAAR TOE GAAN!

Great location at the river and in the center. Nice river view from small but comfortable rooms. The hotel is a former warehouse with lots of old details that add to the nice atmosphere. The whole building but also the breakfast and level of service represent the love of the host for his guests. Every hotel would wish such a great host.

Great Hotel, Greater Location, Greatest Owner ! On the river side next to some of the oldest ruins and just mins from the town centre so that every day was a real pleasure to stay here. Will come back !
