Great value for money! The room was very spacious, and there's a large public bath. Plus, it's just a 3-minute walk from the station.

I had a wonderful stay here as a solo traveler. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. The facilities were also well maintained and made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if I visit the area in the future. Highly recommended!

The hotel located just right in front of Niigata Station (West entrance/exit) with walking distance 1 minute. There are convenience store (Lawson and 7-11) around it. Many entries and stores for dine and shop.
The onsen (spa) is an added point for the whole day tiredness.
Breakfast choices are good too.

It is very close to JR Niigata station. The staff handled check-in with hospitality. The facilities were maintained well with neatness and cleanliness. Although I booked the smallest room, the room still has enough space for opening the luggage fully.

- Bathroom seems "forgotten about" - Rest of hotel is spacious and modern. But the bathroom was tiny with very little space and felt out of place with the rest of the hotel. Bath was very narrow and small
