I booked to stay with my family, booking 5 rooms together, but the hotel took 1 room and sent me to stay in another hotel. I tried to contact trip com to help me get another room to stay at the same place, but trip.com couldn't help me at all. In the end, 1 room had to be separated to stay in another hotel. The hotel called a taxi and paid for the taxi for me. to take you to another hotel and let me walk back in the morning myself to meet the group And had me move back to stay here again for the 2nd night.
