We originally booked a panoramic room but were given a half-view room and it was still called a panoramic room. The hotel is very old and the elevator door closing buttons are broken. The doorman doesn't help with the luggage (the doorman can be almost ignored because it's the same as if he doesn't exist). Everything is semi-self-service. This is a hotel with very chaotic management. During the few days we were here, people from different countries argued with the front desk almost every day, and they only perfunctorily said "haha".
