I had a wonderful night's stay at Mama Shelter Nice! The room was comfortable, quiet, and impeccably clean. The service and ambiance were top-notch, complemented by a super fun restaurant/bar. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the rooftop pool due to the weather, but I heard it's fantastic!
For those arriving by train, the nearest station, Nice Riquier, is a bit shady and not the the safest. However, this shouldn't be a concern for guests arriving by taxi or other means. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to staying at more of their hotels around the world!

Nous sommes allés manger le soir pour notre dîner de Saint-Valentin. Le décor était superbe l'ambiance parfaite avec un Live band. Qui chantait très bien avec de belle chanson. Le plat ainsi que le service au top. Très sympa la nourriture excellente

Nous étions 10 amis et avons dégusté le brunch du dimanche. Excellent, très bonne qualité, beaucoup de choix. Le tarif est très honnête. La décoration de la salle est soignée, colorée et chaleureuse. Le personnel est charmant, disponible et compétent.

Bel endroit mais le reste n’est pas à la hauteur. Service gentil mais incompétent. Ils ne forment pas leur personnel. Plat froid, pâtes pas assez cuites et presque pas de sauce donc pas de goût. On a demandé à faire réchauffer les assiettes et ajouter de la sauce. Puis on a demandé un supplément de sauce. Noisettes introuvables. Entrées et plats bon. Mis dehors à 21:30. On était informés mais c’est pas un bon concept. On voulait rester pour danser et prendre un verre après le dîner mais pas possible dans la salle. Mais il y a une cours intérieure assez calme. Ça a compensé un peu. Ils sont victimes de leur succès. Effet Instagram (encore) !!! Dommage.
