I'm very mad because I didn't get my money back for somewhere I didn't never get a Chance to stay a night at never got a room never seen or talk to any one at the office because it was closed when I got off the high way I will never buy a room from them again and never us this trip.com app no more.

1. Stayed for 2 Nights, No one clean the room
2. Need to Ask for Towel to be changed
3. Phone not working
4. Room not clean
5. Limited Breakfast, only bread, cupcakes and cereals
6. Juice Machine NOT working
7. Coffee Machine Not working (fixed after complained)
