Green World Hotel Nha Trang

위치가 정말 너무 좋네요. 밤비행기타고 늦은 도착했는데 근처에 문 연 식당도 많고 해변도 가깝고 방도 넓어서 좋았습니다. 조식은 종류가 많지 않아서 기대 안하셔도 되지만 가까운 거리에 맛집이 워낙 많아서 괜찮네요~

設施：好態度服務都好👌

The environment is very good. The receptionist Làm provides warm service and Thong helps with buying and carrying luggage.

The location was great. Breakfast was also okay, contrary to what I was worried about after reading the reviews. However, we were not able to use the room right away even after being assigned one. The room was so hot that it felt like we were in a sauna. We had to spend time outside the hotel while the air conditioner was on. It felt like there was no point in making a reservation. This place was not prepared for the guests who made the reservation. And the swimming pool needs some work. The filter did not work and the water was very dirty. I just don't understand why they neglect such a beautiful hotel facility... The luggage was also a great facility, but it smelled like burning rubber because it was so hot that it was like they were telling us not to use it. The staff were very friendly. They listened to our requests diligently, but not everything was resolved right away. The manager, who had the power of decision, seemed not to be doing his job. And there was a deposit that we were not informed of in advance. It was very unpleasant that they did not return our passports without any explanation. After asking about the deposit, we found out and paid to get our passports back. I hope this hotel will bring out its strengths better and become a more beloved place.

Good value, good location, good service, everything is good.
