Everything went wrong with the hotel from the very beginning, when checking in they asked us for a $500 deposit for 8 nights or both passports as collateral. Although the hotel card states that the deposit is fixed at 1 million dong. In the end, we left our passports. The room is beautiful, spacious, but the window is small, so it is dark. It rained at night and it was completely impossible to sleep in the room, since the design of the windows implies a window sill outside, on which drops drum, it is impossible to fall asleep. We contacted the reception with this problem, we were immediately moved, but to a worse room category. The staff is extremely polite and attentive, they resolve issues quickly. There is really a lot of Asian food at breakfast, we were prepared for this, but a lot of it was simply not tasty, stuck together rice, etc., besides, they do not add anything, if something runs out, they just remove the plates, we went at different times, the situation did not change. One day, an hour before breakfast ended, the coffee ran out and they never refilled it. The pool is great, the view from the roof is very beautiful, but we will definitely choose a different hotel next time
