This place has potential, but there were several drawbacks. This place is average at best. Here are a few things holding it back: 1. Poor water pressure. Big issue with me. Barely enough for a shower, not enough in the sink at all. Brought it up...was told ”that's the way it is.” Ok then. 2. Bedside light not working. Mentioned it the first night (I stayed 2 nights). Not fixed. 3. A/C unit makes an inordinate amount of noise. They literally went with the cheapest type of unit. Amazing that a new hotel has something this noisy and cheap. This is one of the main things that knocks their rating because it hinders a good nights sleep (which is the main thing a hotel should be providing) 4. Housekeeping only ”every other day.” Nope. For these prices, you should provide daily housekeeping. 5. Peloton bikes not working in the gym. They have 3 Peloton bikes in the gym. None were able to connect to the internet. Tried for 20 minutes to connect them. Didn't work. Tried to enlist the hep of the person at the front desk. They had no idea. Net of it: I was told it worked and I didn't know what I was talking about. Frankly, I don't need that attitude from your shuttle driver. So, I'll never stay here again and will make sure to tell all of my colleagues.
