The room accomodations were clean and comfortable. On our way home to Illinois, I realized I had left 2 dresses in the closet of our room. I immediately called the hotel. They found the dresses, boxed them and both staff and manager were able to accomplish mailing them back to me. I couldn't have been more pleased or thankful.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We checked in around 10 pm. The woman at the front desk was so friendly. When we got to the room, it smelled and felt really clean. Breakfast in the morning was great. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time.

I booked this hotel through Priceline. Which I have never had issues before. When I checked into the hotel the room was dirty and one of the pillows had blood on it. The hotel gave us a new pillow. About 30 mins later We saw roaches in the room. I immediately took my children and checked out. They said I would be able to receive my money back through Priceline. They have avoided to give me my money back and lied to Priceline that they offered me another room. I recorded our conversation that night when I checked out where they said I would be refunded and they never said anything about another room. I called to talk to the General Manager Brooks Roberts. He was very aggressive yelling at me telling me that's what I get for going through I third party. DO NOT BOOK HERE! Very gross you will regret it!

Friendly check-in. First room(210) had mold on wall near shower. Stayed in room 211. Noisy AC, loose sink faucet, empty square plastic tissue box cover. Needed some TLC...carpet stains, pieces of ? stuck to carpet. Served egg "product" (as described when I asked on the phone)...was probably powdered eggs ??), sausage patties, juice, yogurt, cereal, no fruit or anything to pop in the toaster. Not the greatest stay but would return if needed.

Currently in this hotel, roaches in the room. I called the front desk and they would not assist and said the hotel is fully booked and can’t transfer us. I found another review on Priceline mentioning roaches back in September so this most be a common issue. AVOID!

I paid a very cheap rate for this hotel and got what I paid for. Check-in wasn’t friendly and I wasn’t greeted by the front desk clerk (and I was the only one there). Headed to the elevator that had missing/broken buttons and buttons that didn’t light up when you pushed them. My floor/room had a slight musty smell with a hint of smoke. Direct TV receiver stopped working after 1 hour and couldn’t find the satellite receiver (message on TV said call the front desk) Called the front desk on the room phone and either got a buzzing noise or no answer. Passed the front desk 4 times and never saw anyone there. On the plus side the room was clean, the A/C and internet worked and parking was convenient.

It started very poorly with a front desk clerk who greeted us as if we were poor relatives, come begging. She acted as if she was doing us the ultimate favor, letting us stay in her hotel, even though it pained her greatly. From there, the elevator failed on the way up, scaring the ____ out of my wife. The lighting in the entire building is screaming for a lighting engineer. The lighting is all harsh to the point of distraction. The lighting in the halls and in the rooms is obnoxious to an amazing degree. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the hvac unit sounded like it was ready for an earth orbit. The area where the hotel is located is so congested with traffic that going out for dining is virtually impossible. The person who was responsible for density planning in this location should be arrested. I wouldn't come back here again for all the shrimp in Monroe County, Florida.
