There are swimming pools and gyms. However, there are opening hours. There are also service staff 24 hours a day. You have to wait when there are many people for breakfast. Overall it is OK

This hotel can be reached directly from the exit of Leeds station. Just go through a bridge tunnel. If you can't find it, ask the station staff. Don't believe the Google map, which says you need to take a detour, as it is difficult to find.

Staff on front desk was absolutely lovely, was able to check us in early. Gym was good size, pool was busy as they also sell day passes I think but still plenty space. Room was clean along with the whole hotel. Only complaint was that breakfast was astronomical (£20pp) especially for Newcastle, I would recommend taking the short walk into town for breakfast instead
