We were here for OU graduation. It was convenient location between OKC and Norman, only about 10-15 minutes further than staying in Norman and more than half the cost. Road traffic noise was not an issue. Room was clean and spacious however the room floor covering was s bit tired which made the room smell like a locker room. The AC worked great and and helped to condition the room air smell. Breakfast was adequate and staff was accommodating. A couple of foot traffic people crossing the property but no issues with them.
