Hotels in Central Park, New York

The West Side YMCA is definitely a no frills place to stay, but the location is excellent. You're right next to Central Park and Columbus Circle. Times Square is an easy walk south. We stayed in 2 different rooms. The first had a bunk bed and was quite small, but the bed was comfy and the room was clean. It also had a small TV and fridge. We had a semi-private bathroom, which was down the hall. This meant we had to scan our key on one of the bathroom doors to get in, but once inside we had privacy while we got cleaned up. The bathrooms were kept clean and tidy. We were able to upgrade the second half of our stay to a room with a larger bed and an in room bathroom. Again, this hotel is no frills. It can be rough around the edges, but it's clean and comfortable at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We did not have time to take advantage of the gym, the pool, the sauna, and stuff like that, but they looked nice. I'd recommend the West Side YMCA. If you're visiting NYC, you should be out doing stuff, not sitting around the room. It was everything we needed it to be.

The location of the hotel is invincible. You can walk to Central Park, Times Square, and countless famous attractions in Manhattan. Next to the subway station, the transportation is very convenient. The hotel service is also very good. Hair dryer and coffee machine were sent to the front desk by phone. The room was clean and tidy. It is basically full, causing the elevators to be very tight and need to wait. Some rooms in the hotel are a bit old-fashioned, and the details such as the corners may not be very beautiful. Let's see if someone pays attention.

This hotel is opposite Central Park and 200 meters from the subway station. Very convenient. The room is small and exquisite, the kitchen is open 24 hours, and breakfast is available. Usually foreigners live there, and it has a very atmospheric atmosphere. Most hotels in New York require check-out at 11:00 in the morning, but this hotel requires check-out before 12:00 noon. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy at night.

Facilities: The facilities are super complete, and there is even a kitchen! I had an overall good experience staying at the Kama Central Park, during my weekend getaway to NYC. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful, especially since I was a ***** who accidently booked a stay at a women's only dorm on Agoda (especially since Agoda didn't really specify that the hostel had Men only dorms, female only dorms and mixed dorms, and when I booked there was only one kind of dorm available) and they were still willing to accommodate me and they did. I got in about 15 minutes before check in and they still booked me in too, which was great. I really got only a couple of negative things to say about my stay and the first was they only give you one towel for your entire stay since they're pretty short on towels, so if you plan on staying there I'd recommend you bring a couple of towels of your own. The other thing is the showers aren't all the same quality. I wouldn't recommend showering in the one person bathroom especially if you get dorm 506 like I did because the water in that shower is cold. The men's shower on that floor however is better (apart from that one always running) because the water isn't cold but not really hot either, it's just ok. I liked the little console in the bed, and that let's you turn on the airflow, change the light color, dim the lights, etc. as long as you got your card. I'll also admit, I got a little worried for leaving my luggage in the bed because the doors to the bed pod, because the bed doors don't lock, but if you keep your belongings in the bed with the doors shut and out of plain view then you shouldn't worry about anybody stealing your belongings. I had a great time in NYC, but if you stay there then you might want to remember to bring a couple of towels and shower in the shower rooms, not the bathroom in your dorm.

Very attentive service, surrounded by many good restaurants. It is a five-star hotel under the Tata Group of India, right next to Central Park. Close to the Museum of Modern Art, just on Fifth Avenue.

The hotel is very close to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and a walk takes place. The rooms are small but beautifully furnished. Two bottles of Evian mineral water are delivered every day. The first day has fruit bowls. Many people in the lobby elevators wear clothes to highlight New York fashion. It was unfortunate that I met an Oolong front desk man and gave me two pre-authorizations. I had to pay a hundred for the prepayment of the house. He brushed a hundred and then brushed for 590 dollars. I didn't point out that he didn't explain this to me. When I showed the text message of payment, he went to the office and said something to another person. Then the person came out and checked that they didn't collect more money, everything was OK, then I asked. What should I do with this money? The man said that he will be able to return it to me. This is a mistake. This is of course a mistake. The lady who came to check did not apologize and said that there was no problem. I am very dissatisfied with this. I didn’t receive more than five hundred dollars in the morning, but I returned a hundred dollars. It was too much. I checked this matter with them when I checked out. They said that they didn’t collect more money. The pre-authorization will be after I left. I gave it back in a few days. They did not collect the money but brushed up the pre-authorization, and did not release the pre-authorization when I left. It was almost a month before I received the automatic cancellation. The rooms in the hotel are very good and good value for money, but for the work at the front desk, remind the Chinese compatriots to pay attention!

There are various celebrities taking photos in the hotel restaurant, and the display is very good. There is a burning banana dessert that I haven’t tasted yet. The bar is a famous punch-up spot in New York. I have filmed movies. It’s a rainy day in New York, so it’s hard to get a reservation. If you have the chance, you must go and take pictures. Check in

I had never stayed here before but we definitely will again. We booked two connecting rooms, one for us and one for the kids. Working with the hotel to make sure they were connecting was easy. The rooms were a good size. Not huge but also not tiny. I liked the decor a lot. Plus the beds were very comfortable.

The room is not big but very clean. The toiletries are very conscience, it is fresh, and it is very large, and it has not been used up for 8 days. The above is an advantage. Unfortunately, the store has encountered the wrong credit card for this trip. I should be polite. Strictly speaking, it should be a stolen brush. I separated two orders for fear of flight delay, the first order for 3 days and the second for 5 days, and all the accommodation fees have been paid in advance. When the hotel said that it would pay the deposit, I understand and cooperate. But after paying the entire deposit of 700 knives for the first order, the hotel will swipe 200 knives from my credit card every day at 4 am without knowing that I will. There is no reason. After I challenged, I was asked to guarantee the credit card amount so that I could deduct the money. The hotel has been pushing me to explain after expressing doubts, and one day when I repeatedly asked for an explanation of the bill, I promised that I would reply within an hour, and the phone explained the bill. But I didn't get the call until I asked the store for a third time to explain the bill, and no one checked it out to find that it was a mistake, but no one ever said a word of sorry. Until the next day, I wrote a handwritten letter and three cans of candy perfunctory. The letter content from beginning to end without a word of sorry, I said that I am grateful to stay. Ha ha. This is really a very low score from the service of the hotel. I want to remind fellows that when you should be tough, you must not be too good to speak.
