We booked the hotel through the third provider, which was reminded to us on multiple occasions by the hotel staff and used and excuse when things that we booked were not delivered. When we arrived, we were not give the room we booked. The room had no tea maker and safe. The changed the room. The new room still didn't have tea makers. We had to wait for hours to receive. However the room did not have any cups, the housekeeping brought us plastic cups for coffee. The water pressure in the shower was very low. I had to wash my hair in the bath tub. The housekeeping cleaned our room only first two days, they didn't clean room for another 4 days. When we asked to come and clean our, they didn't come. When we made booking, we booked room with breakfast included. However, the information is very misleading as it's not true. You receive a voucher in value of 21$ per person which doesn't really cover your full breakfast as on top of that you are charged tax and gratuity. We ended up overpaying extra 300$ just for breakfast when we thought that we booked room with breakfast. Very misleading and the hotel staff didn't want to take any accountability as they said that the restaurant was third party. The staff at the reception was unprofessional, not trained to perform their job and we were addressed in very informal way. The staff did not help us when we asked why were charged extra. There were few positives. The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel is great.
