Najbrudniejszy pokój i hotel w jakim kiedykolwiek byliśmy. Nie sprzątają nawet po gościach!!! tragedia przez cały nasz tydzień pobytu nikt nawet nie wszedł do pokoju nie wymienił ręczników , nie doniósł papieru, nie wyniósł śmieci ani nie odkurzyl Podłogi . nawet po gościach nie jest sprzątane. pokoje są brudne. u nas chodził karaluch. okna nieszczelne, przeciągi, wszystko brudne nie higieniczne.dolaczam zdjecia

Fechei a semana de férias neste lugar via Hotéis.com por estar bem avaliado aqui e pela localização que é boa, apesar de não ter metrô por perto!!! Eis que chego aqui, dia 16/05/2023 e me deparo com uma residência estilo AIR BNB, não tem recepção, não tem elevador, não tem ajuda humana, até então aparentemente estava limpo, vamos lá!! Eis que o chuveiro não funciona direito, pressão o pífia!! Eis que tenho que entrar no site e pedir reparo e até agora nada de conserto!!! Não há isolamento acústico!!! Ontem haviam 04 caras fumando maconha e conversando em voz alta as 02:30 da manhã em frente o quarto! Pareciam que estavam dentro do quarto!! Hoje, dia 19/05/2023, chego da rua, tem 03 homens na recepção/sala da residência dizendo que tenho que sair daqui deste lugar porque tiveram problemas internos administrativos e só me deram este motivo. Me deram o prazo de amanhã pela manhã, ou seja, VÁ EMBORA AMANHÃ É DANE-SE SE NÃO TEM ONDE FICAR!!!! FUJAM DESTE LUGAR!! CUIDADO COM OS HOTÉIS QUE RESERVAM VIA AVALIAÇÕES TRIPADVISOR E HOTÉIS.COM… aquela 01 semaninha de férias pode ser um pesadelo!!

Really easy company to work with! Surprisingly spacious right in the heart of Manhattan! The room was very clean! After we got in we felt very secure and had some amazing amenities that really made the trip. Were very timely in assisting with any questions.

Great little hidden gem near attractions- clean rooms, nice shared common area, bright and clean. Would stay again! I enjoyed making coffee and tea in the lobby and the keypads were a nice touch. Easy check in and felt like a nice Airbnb!

Great location. Easy building access. Clean rooms and fluffy pillows. Great inexpensive option for NYC. Easy access to great Hells Kitchen restaurants and a decent short walk to the theater district for shows.

Such a great place to stay! It was our first time to New York and we felt very safe and comfortable here. The room was very clean and warm! We also loved that there was free coffee downstairs! We will definitely stay here again.

This place has a great location to Broadway and all the theaters. 3 blocks away from Times Square. Amazing restaurants walking distance. In Manhattan. I plan on rebooking when I return.. easy to check in and out. The building was clean and presentable. The room was clean and sanitary.
