I booked a deluxe twin room, but for the first time I was given a room in a corner. I don't know why such an expensive room is placed in such a place. After a strong complaint + tip, I was moved to a room with a wider front. Cleansing products were not replaced in time, and there was no kettle, but they were delivered if I called to request it, and of course the tip was indispensable.
