Fair hotel not cheap but if you not found another hotel its ok

We were looking for someplace nearby public transportation with potantial option to park rented car nearby and not very expensive. Also we travelled with small child so we didnt want to be in some place, which may be dangerous. It was better than imagines, nice clean room, budget breakfast was probably ok for the price we paid, but nothing luxury, just quite basic. View its horrible, we were opposite to the bridge of the main road, but at least my son had to watch something interresting from the window :D . And maybe some other rooms has a better view. When I thought this place will be not dangerous, it is really not, but in late hours when you walk from the main street from metro you may feel little uncomfortable, when than get used to many people in that street. There were lot of restaurants nearby, we even walked once till Manhattan from here and it was very nice walk for us with lots of interresting views for the skyline of New York. After all we really rented the car, becouse the metro in NewYork its dirty and full of strange people, and so it was very good we were here, becouse there were lot of spaces where to park the car.

The one good thing about this hotel is its location...within close walking distance to industry city and community stores. Unfortunately it seems that they may take advantage of this in lieu of maintenance. Hallways smelled and looked dirty...our room was small with half of shower door missing..it was very noisy the 3 nights with people talking loud outside door. A small lamp by the bed was so dusty I had to clean it. Towels looked clean but smelled like food or stored near a kitchen..the staff seemed pleasant enough though. We worried about anyone being able to walk in...really they can do much better for a choice brand hotel
