They are all good. Although they are under renovation, they are considered good in New York. However, the price and quality of New York hotels cannot be compared with those in China.

This should be an old hotel that has been completely renovated. The room is very beautiful and stylish, and every item is very exquisite. The bathroom is small and the shower water is small, which may be due to the renovation of the old building. But it is worth staying. The bar downstairs looks very good at night. The food ordering in the room tastes great! And fast! There is a small problem. When you deposit your credit card at the front desk, you must bring a chip.

Very beautiful and truly an amazing location. Its basically a rather excellent room without much more (minimal amenities). Breakfast in the hotel is laughably expensive given what you get (infinitely better options all around so not a problem). Service is very nice and personal (not too many guests) but no one going out of their way to help or seriously attend to issues (such as our room not being made at 3 PM though we left the room already at 9 AM). Very expensive and ultimately underwhelming, but there are some clear strengths (design; room; location)

Excellent experience. Staff are professional and service is excellent. Room was beautifully decorated, pillows and beds are super comfortable, free snacks and drinks in the room are a cute bonus. We will be back.

First time staying at this hotel and we thoroughlyenjoyed our stay! All staff we encountered was all smiles, professional and very accommodating. Although our City King was small, the service more than made up for it. Beautiful designed and tastefully decorated, the complimentary snack bar & non-alcoholic drinks were a nice surprise! The book on the bed for nightly turn-down service was also a nice touch. Will definitely be back for the stellar service! Special thanks to Elias, Montie, Beth, Sybil, Martin & Phillip for making our stay extra special!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by Shawn's poor behavior. She didn’t make me feel welcomed or appreciated and even spoke my name loudly in front of other guests, almost as if I were a disobedient child. This felt both condescending and unprofessional, setting a negative tone for my entire stay. Shawn made me feel as if I should’ve gone elsewhere. While the room was nice, with great interior design, and the location was excellent, those positives weren’t enough to outweigh the rude front desk staff. After that initial encounter, everything else just felt off. The service was lacking, and I couldn’t shake the uncomfortable feeling from that first impression. Given the nightly rate, I expected a more welcoming approach from better-suited staff. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, nor would I consider returning. It’s a shame, as a positive check-in experience can really set the tone for the stay. I hope they address this issue for the benefit of future guests.

The hotel is very cool with respect to decor and dining options, and the bedding and robes are absolutely lovely. It’s the level of service that is not up to par with other hotels of comparable price. For a $1,200 per night room, there should always be a doorman or bellman outside. Guests shouldn’t have to drag their bags into the lobby by themselves from the car. Throughout our stay, the front door was unattended most of the time. Now, of course I know how to open a door all by myself, but for these prices there should be more than one person available to do this and greet guests.
