The environment & service was excellent. Highly recommended 👍🏻
The only one thing I think should improve is the taxi booking service. We book the taxi through hotel to airport, wish to arrive airport 3 hours earlier before the flight , but the lady at service counter insist we can leave from hotel 3 hours before the flight. End up we are very rush that day due to traffic jam & very long queue to check in baggage.

The experience was great, although we check in late, the staff give up free upgrade, sadly didn’t manage to enjoy as most of the time we spent site seeing, definitely will book this hotel again when back in Taiwan.

not too satisfied with the hotel charge at this price. no washing machine, if you want to wash, it is charged by piece... and saw 2 insects in the room 😨 television not supporting bluetooth connection ( saw them installing new television when checking out so im not sure if now got new function ). oh check out time is at 12, if you want to extend, to 1230 is free but to 1pm it will be NT1000. the location is not bad, 5mins walk to train station, downstairs got small familymart.

The Illy coffee and tea at the bar are all complimentary.
The A Yuan brand shower gel and shampoo provided in the bathroom smell amazing!!
The toilet is very spacious! And it has a bidet, which I absolutely love.
The Elite Family Room we booked was huge and easily accommodated 4 people without feeling cramped, perfect for staying with elders.
It's a 5-minute walk to Banqiao TRA and HSR stations, making it easy to get anywhere 😍.
Downstairs, there's a FamilyMart and Eslite bookstore within a 2-minute walk, which is very convenient.
The friendly hotel staff always greet you when you enter the lobby and patiently answer any questions you have. Sometimes they even press the elevator button for you, haha.

The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood with malls nearby and easy access to various forms of transportation. Commuting to and from the hotel is simple. The room itself is decent insize, you can lay multiple pieces of luggage flat and open. I also like how spacious the bathroom is. I would definitely book here again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Clean n great location. Close to MRT. We didn't try breakfast. But there is some nice restaurants around the hotel for breakfast. Wanted to try the pool. But weather was too cold. Next time want to come back again.
