The reception very friendly , they come to me very fast when I just on the way walking towards to the reception counter, help me to carry my luggage,and arrange my room . The environment very nice and I booked high floor which provided 21st floor by hotel . There are also massage , food and family mart by walking distance from the hotel . Overall are very good customer service 👍

The hotel boasts an excellent, lively location, just a few minutes' walk from Far Eastern Department Stores. During my stay, I even caught a free celebrity concert as part of the Christmasland event and got to hear some of my favorite songs.

This isn't my first time staying here; I always choose this hotel whenever I visit. It boasts an excellent location, making getting around super convenient. The breakfast is really good, and there are plenty of options for lunch and dinner nearby, plus a large shopping mall. The hotel service is also great. Thumbs up!

Chose this hotel for a business trip, it's super convenient as it's right next to my company. The room was clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The towels were also lovely and fresh, definitely living up to five-star hotel standards. I'd also highly recommend the hotel's gym and pool.

Great location,very easy to use MTR to any where you go.Around so many restaurants,massages and night market.Just don’t like breakfast.Not easy for use to find what to eat.A lot of Asian food and very little European.But the rest was very good.Definitely will back to stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable, but I paid extra for a high-floor room and only got the 19th floor. I wouldn't have spent that money if I'd known. It's not that I'm unwilling to pay, but an extra 100+ yuan for just three floors higher? That's disappointing! The hotel's 3rd-floor restaurant is good though.
