🎉I highly recommend this hotel. 1. The environment is pleasant, the décor feels new, and the rooms are quite spacious. 2. The elevators are equipped with access control and do not display floor numbers, which provides a sense of privacy. 3. The location is convenient, with both a metro station and bus stops nearby. 4. The front desk service is excellent—staff are proactive and patient. 💡That said, there are a few details I hope the hotel can improve: 1. One of the elevators does not require access control and allows entry to any floor. 2. Housekeeping is generally good, but sometimes snacks are not replenished (I must admit I really enjoy the snacks). I also found hair in the bathtub that wasn’t mine, and upon check-in, I noticed dirt on the outside of a glass (which looked like oral residue). 3. Breakfast offers four set menus, which are quite refined, but a self-service option might be even better. 4. Rooms with balconies have noticeably poorer sound insulation compared to those without, and I could hear traffic noise more clearly. 🧳Overall, my journey was very smooth, and staying at this hotel made my time in Taiwan even more enjoyable.

Great location ,big room and good breakfast set. The hotel should provide the coffee machine at lobby instead of ice cream.

This is the best hotel in Taiwan! The staff is so kind, the room is clean and new.

Hotel was recently re-furbished. So the feel is awesome and room is very spacious. Toilet and bathroom areas are both separated which makes it more convenient for a family of four who needs either of it. I pretty loved the hotel just the location was abit outskirt which doesnt have much things around this area.

It is connected to the train station, which is a great plus since it kept raining everyday when we were there. However, it is not near any tourist attraction, e.g. took about 30min to reach Ximending but considering the room, service etc, the price is very worth it! We had a corner room so there's almost no noise from either through the walls or the door. The room looks trendy (so does the hotel lobby) , is spacious (bathroom has shower and bathtun) and most of all, clean! Staff is friendly and helpful. Told us about the free ice cream (pretty good but i wonder how often its being cleaned as there are ice cream exposed to the air from the previous use). We got a portable luggage weighing from the lobby and it is pretty accurate. Would love to go back again.
