房間很舊，設施也挺舊的，房間隔音不太好，衞生間的衞生一般，有廚房可以簡單做飯但設施比較簡陋，laundry是收費。地理位置很好，前台服務態度也非常不錯。

What a great find. Arrived early, no problem. Room was ready. Very clean and tidy. Great facilities with everything you could want at a hostel. Friendly hosts. Only a short walk into the CBD or up the the park. On street parking but that's not a problem. Would be more than happy to stay again

We stayed at Ducks & Drakes as we had a wedding in New Plymouth. We decided to get the airport shuttle pick up and was so happy we did because it was a seamless transition from the plane to the van. We also got to meet Brett who was hilarious and played good music! He upgraded us to the 1 bedroom which was nice. We had our own bathroom and were provided towels, shampoo and conditioner. The room also came with a kitchenette and complimentary tea and coffee. The place was cozy and clean and we had a tv which was nice. Everyone we met there was lovely and the place itself had a nice vibe. Packing up was easy too as we just had to drop our keys off into a box at the front office. Definitely would recommend this place to stay. Thank you again from Zana, Josh & Danny. :)

Very colorful decor. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly atmosphere. A good place for meeting other travellers. It is a hostel so bedrooms are small, but clean and tidy. Good outlook. If you are musical you will enjoy it ,,- there was a piano and guitar in the lounge.

Great place to stay with nice staff. Not so far from the center. Near from supermarkets. The rooms and bathroom are clean. Huge rooms to cook, to eat, to chill out. Nothing is missing fur s backpacker experience. There are lots of information to go arround if needed.

We had the apartment for two with its own bathroom. Everything was clean, we had a hotplate, microwave, kettle and toaster. The apartment was the biggest we've had so far and we were more than happy with everything on site. The location is just perfect. It is close to the nearby Mount Taranaki and also the city center with supermarkets and restaurants is only a few minutes walk away. Many thanks again.

Definitely the best hostel in New Plymouth. Our one month stay at the hostel was simply fantastic! The owner Brett was extremely friendly and helpful which made our stay particularly enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The common areas were also super cozy. The location is ideal for exploring the city. I can highly recommend this hostel. If we had more time in New Zealand we would definitely spend some more time.
