We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. 是一家比較有年代感的酒店，就在法國區的外圍，旁邊那條道上中間會見錯刷新出幾個流浪漢來。房間看着蠻OK的，但是隔音是大大的差。前台給了我一個正在大廳上方的房間，大廳裏的聲音我都能聽到。入住的時候問能不能要一間景觀好一點的，因為是在攜程定的，前台不願意。所以如果是要住這裏可能去他們自己的網站定會比較好。

Hotel Provincial is the perfect place to stay in New Orleans! The location is excellent; you're in the French Quarter, but it's not noisy or crowded. Having the best place in town for breakfast, TOAST, right on the premises is a major plus! Accommodations are fine - lots of very charming outdoor space - but what really makes your stay special is how wonderful the staff is. The front desk people are extraordinarily knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Hotel Provincial is privately owned - the sense of belonging on the part of the staff is palpable. I highly recommend staying here - you will be glad you did!

Highly recommend!! We’d stay here again! A beautiful place! Parking across the street for extra charge is HIGHLY recommended. So easy and convenient. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Walking distance to all of the Bourbon St fun and good food. We did not have a refrigerator. Not sure if one is available in other rooms and no elevator. Beautiful stair cases. If stairs are an issue I’d recommend calling to request a 1st floor room. Neither of these things mattered to us but I would like to mention so you can plan accordingly. Staff were very very sweet and helpful. You will not be disappointed.

The good: the hotel property and rooms are beautiful. The location is good for those interested in walking the French Quarter -- close enough to everything that it's walkable but far enough away from night life that the area is quiet at night. Dog friendly. The bad: Toilet not clean on arrival -- urine on the rim. Zero water pressure. None. I've stayed in historic properties in the past and don't expect normal water pressure but this was ridiculous. My wife described the shower as ”like trying to wash from a leak in the ceiling.” If you have thick hair, you're never going to get the shampoo rinsed out. 50/50 odds whether the toilet would refill after flushing -- sometimes it would refill in a few minutes, other times it took 20+ minutes. Reported to front desk, they said maintenance would check on it, they never did. I ended up using the ice bucket to refill the toilet tank from the bathtub after flushing. The water pressure thing isn't just on the 2nd floor either, friends who stayed in ground floor rooms had similar experiences. Interestingly, lobby restroom has no water pressure issue at all. The bed was ridiculously high -- too high for my wife to be able to get in. We had to go to the lobby at midnight on the first night to get a step stool. Not sure why one is not left in the room; friends who stayed at the same time DID have one in their room. Roaches in the room at night. The ladies at the desk were always friendly and helpful. Can't say the same for the men -- one was kinda lost and the other just rude. Bit of a crapshoot whether there will be anyone there when you need them. Are you a bald pole vaulter? The smaller rooms are cramped but a decent deal if you can deal with climbing into a four foot high bed and you don't need to rinse shampoo out of your hair. If you're looking at one of the larger rooms -- avoid, you can get better service elsewhere.
