Hilton New Orleans Riverside

Great location! The outlet mall and Mississippi River are both just a three-minute walk away. There's even a direct walkway from the hotel to the mall and the river. The only minor downside is that food delivery isn't allowed upstairs, but that's common for big hotels. The river view from the window is also a nice touch.

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance, and I enjoyed taking walks along the river in front of the hotel. However, I was assigned a room with two queen-sized beds, even though I booked a king-sized bed through the app. This policy wasn't mentioned during the booking process, which was quite frustrating. Please keep this in mind.

This hotel is super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to both the outlet mall and the convention center! There are tons of restaurants nearby, especially for seafood, and the oysters are cheap and delicious. The staff are warm and friendly, and the hotel restaurant has a lot of character.

The hotel's location is great, and the Hilton brand ensures quality. Even though there were many guests during the conference, everything was well-organized. I extended my stay by rebooking through the original platform, and they let me keep the same room, which saved a lot of hassle. Overall, it was a good experience, and I recommend it!
