Beautiful Modern NOLA Condo- Bywater Area. Off Street Gated & Reserved Parking

Very clean, such an ease to check in, and off street, private parking was very convenient. Very close to all the NOLA sights. Definitely will book again if we make it back to NOLA.

Condo was well stocked...had everything one might need during a vacation. Loved the space and its location. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet neighborhood with a half hour walk to the Quarter. Pleasant river walk steps outside the door. Well equipped and comfortable. Ricky very easy to reach

The place is terrific, very clean, quiet neighborhood (though some passing trains during the night) and host was very responsive and accommodating. One of the best stays I’ve had in a VRBO!

Host is very responsive and helpful. I was having issues getting the key from the lock box and decided to call the host but before i could find him # he called me. Im sure he saw my struggle on the camera lol. He walked me through it with no prob. The house is very clean and modern. There is also a great breakfast place right across the street that we enjoyed. Things to know: : we loved the gated parking but if you have more than one car you will need to park it on the crowded street. Also, know there are 2 large staircases in the home. One as soon as you open the door and one from the 2nd floor to the 3rd where both bedrooms are.
