The entrance area of the hotel was dirty, as was the whole hotel. The stairs to the first floor are covered with a carpet that has never been vacuumed. There is no elevator. The windows have not been cleaned for years and you can't open them either. The room was musty, the toilet wobbled and the flush was running the whole time.
The hotel was a total disaster.
I admit that it wasn't the most expensive, but you can't spend money on a place like that.
It can be different. Two days before we were in Cap Code at the Cap Sands Inn for the same price. Clean and pretty decent for a motel.
No reputable agent can actually offer this hotel!
