One of the best budget properties that I have stayed in . Firstly the hotel has a dream location, with such close proximity to major markets, tourist destinations , railway station and the airport. It is surrounded by a plethora of amazing eating joints, most of them being walking distance. The hotel has the most courteous staff who are just a call away and a very friendly and cooperative owner. The rooms are extremely and bathrooms clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows are 5 star standards. Running hot water was always available and the internet speed was brilliant. It is 3 side open property making it very well ventilated giving a very positive vibe. All in all had a brilliant stay and my only go to place when I am in Delhi. Highly recommended!

One of the good budget hotel i have ever stayed. Room was neat and clean. Staff was very friendly, ready to help and professional. The location of hotel is bit crowded, but that is not going to stop you from booking this hotel as the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended

Whenever I come to New Delhi, I always stay in Hotel Hill Place. I have been visited Delhi 4 times for my health checkup. I like to stay in Hotel Hill Place because of its facilities, its full staff, family behaviour , clean rooms. The service is also very good. You can visit at any time and the service is available all the time. Near the hotel you will find a whole market, everything from food to drinks, you will get the delhi famous Karol Bagh there is a Chinese market where you can get all the things you want.... personally I find hotel hill palace quite safe or good so I can stay here with my family. I had a stay at this hotel four nights, my experience was good ,rooms were neat and clean , staff was helpful all the time ,they are ready to help , nice hotel . Management staff of the hotel are very humble. Nice hotel indraprastha at Delhi. Thank you for your service 🙏

We chose this hotel based on the 4.5 rating from prior reviews. Looking back at them, most were written by people with only 1 review or are years old. Do not believe the good reviews. It took us an hour to check in. Among other problems, they do not accept credit cards, a fact not disclosed when we booked. I had to walk down the street to an ATM to get cash. The included breakfast was from outside the hotel and not what we ordered ( plain cheese omelet became a very spicy omelet). The room was large but just barley clean enough. The bathroom had only one towel for two people and no toilet paper. These were taken care of when we asked. We also had to ask to have the A/C turned on, but they would not adjust the temperature setting. It was 20 C and we wanted 23, but were told 20 was good, just live with it. The shower had 4 knobs. 3 spun freely to no effect, the other was welded in place. The net result was that no water would come out of the shower head, only from the mid-thigh high wall spigot. To take a shower, one had to kneel in front of the horizontal stream of cold water coming straight out of the wall. Only one of the staff would return our good morning greetings, the others just looked at us with blank stares. They offered no assistance when asked about getting tuk-tuks to go places.
