Unfortunately, it's not very clean...lol
However, I didn't encounter any cockroaches or other insects, so I think it's fine for a *** traveling alone.
The hotel staff are kind.
The hotel is located about a 20-30 minute walk from Delhi Station, so I think the location is good. (I didn't meet any foreigners lol)
There's a McDonald's nearby, so food is not a problem.
There are also a few local restaurants.
I think the service is good. I was really surprised when there was a sudden power outage on the first day...lol It was a great memory because it made me think, "This is India!" lol It was restored in about 15 minutes.
There were no amenities other than towels. (It seems that hotels in India don't have blankets, toothbrush sets, etc.)

I found the service to be very good and I felt very comfortable in this hotel as a solo female traveller in Delhi. Very basic room as reflected in the price but was in a really good location for what I wanted.

Hotel Gold Regency is the best hotel in paharganj area. The rooms are very big and the food is amazing. The staff is very friendly, especially their manager Utpal Deka who gave me a free upgrade also. I highly recommend this hotel.
