The Roseate

Really beautifully designed hotel, large rooms and comfortable bed. I would like to especially mention the staff and food at the iah restaurant. Unfortunately, I only stopped for a short time before my overnight flight. but at night the air conditioner stopped working for heat and switched itself to 18 degrees cold, I couldn’t switch it on my own... in the end, I fell asleep as is. And after 2.5 hours in the cold I got a sore throat, which marred my impression. Everything is great, but please, check the air conditioners so that they work permanently at the set temperature and mode

Had an amazing amazing time at The Roseate House, We were celebrating our first anniversary. A warm welcome to start off, we got an early check in without any hassle with a room upgrade. The hospitality was great throughout our one day stay, special mentions to Mahak for arranging everything and curating a very special anniversary day( Baking session, bubble bath, table decor) for us. Rajkumar took us all the way around the amazing property and was warm enough to help us get fresh fruits directly plucked from the trees there. We had an amazing time, every little thing was taken care of and look forward to visiting the property again ❤️

Wonderful infrastructure, great hospitality, excellent food, quality service and great buffet spread. The staff were extremely helpful and cordial. Highly recommended for family getaways.

Pampered Beyond Expectation. Roseate is one of the best hotels I have come across. Not only the location of this hotel, the natural waterbodies, trees, the room, restaurant each and every corner if the hotel will make u feel luxury on lap of nature and you will love to come here again and again. The staff is welcoming and unlike other hotels the staff here always wears a smile and greets u and makes you feel heaven on earth. Special Thanks to Sachin, Shadab, Ramdev (Gardner) keep up the good work. I feel Roseate is because of you people feel it as ur first home and the guests go delighted. I recently stayed at The Roseate Hotel in ‘what was supposed to be their most luxurious room’, the “Lake View Room,” and I am beyond disgusted with the experience. To say this stay was a letdown would be an understatement—everything about it was subpar and well below the standard you’d expect from a high-end hotel. First off, there was loud music playing outside our room making our stay uncomfortable, we couldn’t walk outside or explore the property because it was booked for some function. Even worse, the room was not clean. The marble near the bathtub was dirty, with visible grime and marks, making the entire bathroom feel neglected. For a hotel that claims to be luxury, these basic hygiene issues are inexcusable. The towels were of horrendous quality—scratchy, old, and thin unlike what people get in other luxurious hotels. The semi-transparent blind covering the window was missing entirely, leaving the room exposed and adding to the overall sense of neglect. I had booked the “premium” experience, but it felt more like a budget motel. When I asked for a simple and customary request—rose petals, bubble bath essentials for the room —I was met with a rude refusal from the staff. No explanation, no apology, just a dismissive “we don’t do that here.” There was no steam iron, shoe polish (basic essentials) in the room and we get these things literally in a budget hotel as well. There was nothing special about the most Luxurious room. Unbelievable, especially given the price I paid. This experience was nothing short of pathetic, and I regret spending my money here. There are plenty of better, more professional hotels to choose from. Avoid staying at The Roseate House. It is NOT worth the money, and you’ll likely be as disappointed as I was. Never making the mistake of staying here again.
