Mr. Ish at the Front Desk did an Excellent Job! He was very helpful. I provided average review is because the room smelled and we paid $200/night and it wasn't worth the cost. They need to improve the room quality for the price they are charging.

Inn was clean and easy to find. No nearby restaurants, but front desk Ms. Mays directed us to river park and Jessop's Tavern. 7 minute away, well worth the drive..The park was clean and full of families enjoying the day.The brick dokwtown is reminicent of Williamsburg. Thank you Ms Mays and Ish for making us feel welcome.

My husband is a reward member with Hilton and we had a very frustrating experience because their website was down and were told to call their help line and ended up with a representative who was awful and couldn't get dates or locations correct. We ended up booking here instead. ******* booked us wrong and the woman at the front desk who was on around 7:00 pm was so wonderful in helping to cancel our incorrect reservations and rebooking us correctly for August 24th. She was patient, helpful and has outstanding customer service skills. As a result, we are now reward members with Marriot and will consider using them instead of Hilton. Our room was clean, quiet and the breakfast was quite good. She went out of her way to help after a frustrating day with Hilton and *******. Excellent staff and a good experience. Also, Fairfield Inns don't allow dogs and while we love dogs, we prefer not to have them where we stay. It is a bonus incentive to stay here.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Area felt safe, free parking in a nice size lot that has good lighting. Hot breakfast with plenty of seating.

One of the best hotel experiences I have enjoyed in forever. The staff is friendly and efficient and the GM Dhruv Jani is awesome. He is clearly dedicated to providing a first class stay for his guests every time. Highly recommend.

This hotel is fine. We stayed here for a quick in and out while driving from Maine to NC. It's easily accessible from I-95/New Jersey Turnpike. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Odd-numbered rooms are on the backside of the hotel away from the road noise. No frills but provided what we needed.

We come here now third time and always feel very comfortable! Easy to get to right easy access to and from free way. Nice quite rooms away from big noise. Breakfast is one of the best compared to any other Marriott hotels. Free coffee, water is a plus. Over and above friendly staff and very accommodating manager Dhruve!

DO NOT STAY THERE, IT IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. As we were traveling north to Canada from Virginia, we stopped at this hotel for the night and resumed our drive early morning the next day. We had a two-queen room and my sons shared a bed. They both woke up covered in bug bites. Since we had a long drive that day, I decided to call the Hotel and address this upon arrival to our destination. The way the hotel handled this issue was more than frustrating. When I first called, I was told that they took this very seriously and that they would have a pest control company come and inspect the room. Then, they stated that they would call me back within a few days to convey the findings and we would go from there. I never received a call back. I have contacted the hotel on at least 5 occasions following that and the manager never returning my calls. After a few weeks with no response nor call back from the hotel, I decided to escalate this to Marriot Customer Care. Again, initially, a case number was established. I was supposed to receive a call back within 2 to 3 business days. No one from Marriott Customer Care followed up with me at all. I called again after about a week, they told me they would escalate this to a higher level and that I would get a call back in a few business days but again, I never received a call back. I called again and finally was able to speak to a manager and I was told that my two options were to either re-open the case with the hotel which was already nonresponsive or keep the case closed while taking 40,000 points in consolation. The only way I could get a copy of the report I had requested from the pest company was if I re-opened the case with the Hotel itself, who refused to return any of my calls. I found the whole situation and the way it was handled by Marriott and the hotel itself beyond pathetic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. THEY DO NOT TAKE BED BUG ISSUES SERIOUSLY.

After a long day of touring and travel, it’s so comforting to come home at this hotel. Fairfield Inn has never failed to offer a place that is consistent with it’s amenities. Breakfast time is always a treat. As usual, the rooms are cozy. I was able to really relax and unwind.
