I left behind a dress on. Accident and they were most helpful looking for it and getting it washed and returned to me.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and professional. There was a lot to do within walking distance around the hotel. It had one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel, as well. The parking lot was spacious.

Very clean, nice breakfast, especially the pulled smoked chicken; room was quiet and comfortble; loved the ceiling fan; nice kitchen; good value for the money; staff was fine except for snarky desk clerk on Thursday and Friday evening. Needs training in interpersonal relations.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool was CHILLY. Breakfast pretty decent and filling. Bed was welcome, but mattress definitely on the extra firm scale! Nice to have full size refrigerator and microwave with other kitchen amenities.

Best hotel stay in a long time...friendly, helpful and accommodating front desk staff; clean, well appointed rooms (lots of space, small kitchen including full fridge, work desk with charging station, couch, shower only, good water pressure, comfortable bed); location near shopping, restaurants, attractions like Gruene; great fresh breakfast offering oatmeal - hot and overnight (nuts, fruits, coconut, brown sugar) yoghurt, cereals, juices, muffins, toast, bagels, breakfast tacos and traditional breakfast like scrambled eggs and sausage. Friendly staff and fantastic coffee too!

The staff were all very accommodating & kind, which is what we needed after a VRBO fiasco. The breakfast was great with a nice variety, the room was very clean, and it was nice to have dishes and the little kitchenette to make drinks or eat our takeout dinner. The beds were firm, but very comfortable!

Pillows were great!! The person that greeted us with a smile and respect. She was excellent with smiles and made us feel comfortable with our stay. Her name was Jamie. Not sure that was her name but she was wonderful. We made serval request and she completed all request with a smile. The room was also very clean and comfortable in our stay.

Nice clean hotel with ample parking and free WIFI close enough to San Antonio. Location is close to major highways and plenty of dining options within minutes. Check-in was friendly and welcoming and we had a quiet nights sleep. If there was one thing to improve it would be the breakfast options. While the breakfast was free, I’d have rather preferred to pay and have a superior breakfast.

Room was clean, ice maker in the fridge was a plus. The front desk staff where very friendly and helpful. Definitely making this hotel on of our favorites to return to! Homewood Suite was conveniently located to restaurants and stores. Plenty of parking, no charge to park.
