Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Food Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass die Bar auch zu später Stunde noch geöffnet war, was den Abend gemütlich ausklingen ließ. Allerdings gibt es einen Kritikpunkt: Bei unserer späten Ankunft an der Rezeption wurden wir leider unfreundlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang hat nicht einmal vom Computer aufgeschaut und uns nur mürrisch auf den Self-Check-in hingewiesen, der zudem deutlich länger gedauert hat als erwartet. Hier wäre ein freundlicherer Umgang wünschenswert gewesen, um den guten Gesamteindruck abzurunden. Abgesehen davon hat uns der Aufenthalt aber gut gefallen, und wir würden dem Hotel eine zweite Chance geben.
