Ibamos de paso, todo un acierto y un hallazgo. La atención, de todos excelente, empezando por los recepcionistas q nos ayudaron mucho. Habiamos tenido un problema con el auto y nos pasó datos de gomerias para solucionarlo. El restaurant excelente cenamos en el living mirando un partido, hermoso nos sentimos como en casa.

Second time in the Cyan Soho with my wife. This is a great option for Neuquén. Location is good. The rooms are fancy and the staff is great. Our room had a large balcony overlooking the city. The breakfast is yummy and offers many options. We had a good time. Definitely we will come again.

Lo usamos para pasar la noche rumbo a Villa la angostura. Muy buen hotel, buen hallazgo de comodidad y precio. El cuarto muy lindo con luz y amplitud. Todo funcionaba perfectamente, aire, TV, presión agua en duchas y internet aunque un poco débil . El desayuno excelente. Y el lugar mejor aún y el estacionamiento súper cómodo y rápido. En definitiva excelente todo.

Esta faltando un poco de mantenimiento en sanitarios y placar se trababa por la guía deteriorada. Encontré una media en el piso al ingresar a la habitación y resto de comida en el piso, vinieron a recoger las cosas cuando llamé a la recepcion. La internet es muy lenta.
