Übernachtung und abends Essen im Restaurant: Hotel: liebevoll auf aktuellen Stand gebrachtes Hotel, wir erwarten unter dem Dach, modernes Zimmer, modernes Bad und trotzdem die alten Holzbalken, toll. Viele kleine Stufen im Zimmer, weil das einfach ein altes Haus ist, sehr stylisch. Top Restaurant: ambitionierte Küche, das hatte ich vorher schon gelesen. Es war richtig schön und lekker. Wir hatten das vier habe Menü mit Weinbegleitung dazu gab es noch zwei Amuse geulle, vier sehr unterschiedliche Mosel Weine und ein Riesling Sekt. - Lachs mit Avokadocreme - Steinbutt mit verschiedenen Purees - Entenbrust und etwas Entenleber auf Selleriepüree - Creme brulle und Eis mit Aprikosencreme Ich war echt erstaunt: Essen top, sehr freundlicher Service, für die Leistung preislich völlig okay. Der Koch ist eine One-Man-Show... großer Respekt. Schöner Abend, danke

Wir hatten das Hotel anhand der guten Bewertungen ausgesucht um den Jahreswechsel zu feiern, hatten jedoch keine grossen Erwartungen Wir sollten sehr schnell etwas Besserem belehrt werden: Das Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch und die Eigentümer selbst haben resp. sind noch dabei es liebevoll zu modernisieren was jedoch den Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Am Frühstücksbuffet konnte man sich reichlich bedienen. Das Abendessen am 30.12 gab uns dann schon einen kleinen Einblick auf das was uns am 31/12 erwarten würde... Alles, wirklich alles war herrlich und sehr fein zubereitet. Das Sylvestermenü überzeugte uns dann vollends und unsere Reservierung fürs nächste Jahr steht. Vielen Dank dem kleinen aber sehr effizienten Team
