Since my connecting flight from Munich was canceled, I was accommodated in this hotel for the night, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The room was well-equipped, functional, and very quiet. Best of all, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The fixed-menu dinner was excellent, and the service from both the reception and waiting staff was outstanding. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Stayed for two nights after a cancelled flight. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They even took us to the train to travel to Munich for the day. The food was wonderful. Breakfast and dinner had a variety of foods to enjoy. A beautiful setting in a quiet town with a wonderful host and staff. Thank you. MacFarlands

Tal como a maioria dos hóspedes, fui alojada neste hotel por necessidade de acomodação após cancelamento de voo da Lufthansa. Como éramos muitos viajantes com necessidade de alojamento, estivemos mais de duas horas à espera do shuttle do hotel, já que a van só tinha 7 lugares e éramos dezenas de pessoas. O pior da espera é que estava a chover e um frio enorme…sem que tivéssemos preparados para isso. Após ter dito que era inadmissível estarem a transportar 7 pessoas de cada vez, num itinerário de pelo menos 30 min entre aeroporto-hotel-aeroporto, o proprietário virou as costas e nem sequer quis saber. Senti desde início que nos estavam a tratar como se nos tivessem a fazer um grande favor, quando na verdade é um serviço pago pela Lufthansa e deveríamos ser tratados como qualquer outro hóspede. À chegada (já perto da meia noite), quando era suposto termos direito a um jantar (refeição concedida pela companhia aérea), tivemos apenas disponível umas sanduíches. No pequeno-almoço, não faziam reposição da comida. Ou seja, quando chegamos já não haviam ovos, cereais, croissants…e nem quiseram saber. Sentimos que nos estavam a tratar como hóspedes indesejados e além disso, nas interações sempre foram pouco prestáveis, pouco disponíveis e nada simpáticos! Diria mesmo que foram rudes e mal educados, sobretudo o proprietário que é do mais baixo nível que pode haver… Nunca pensei vivenciar isto num país como a Alemanha!!! Indiscritível e vou fazer report à Lufthansa. O meu conselho para quem está na situação de voos cancelados é: arranjem um hotel perto e da vossa escolha e apresentem depois a fatura à Lufthansa. Porque ao irem para lá , vão ser tratados como um depósito de pessoas!

Gostaria de manifestar a minha insatisfação pela estadia no hotel, proporcionada pela Lufthansa após termos perdido um voo de ligação. Aguardámos demasiado tempo pelo transporte, à chuva e ao frio, sem vestuário adequado. O condutor conduziu de forma imprudente e perigosa. O voucher da Lufthansa prometia um jantar, mas recebemos apenas uma sanduíche, o que consideramos insuficiente e inadequado. Se não desejam receber este tipo de hóspedes, sugiro que informem a companhia aérea.

Purtroppo ieri abbiamo perso la coincidenza per Dublin, la Lufthansa ci offerto un pernottamento presso questo hotel. Personale molto attento e professionale, la cena ottima e di qualità come anche la colazione, la camera veramente pulita e ordinata, Cosa aggiungere non .mancherà occasione per un'altra visita Complimenti ragazzi

Na een heuse vertraging van het eerste vliegtuig de aansluiting met het 2e gemist. Van Lufthansa kregen we een hotel toegewezen en een vliegticket voor de dag nadien. We dachten dat het hotel wel niet veel soeps zou zijn, maar het tegendeel werd onmiddellijk bewezen. Ondanks het late uur werden we heel vriendelijk onthaald en werd al het mogelijke voor ons gedaan om alsnog een heel lekker bordje te toveren als avondmaal en ons een welkom gevoel te geven. Het eten was top. Ook de kamer was super! Pareltje dit hotel.

I missed my connection in Munich airport after my incoming flight arrived late. I was offered this hotel by Lufthansa. I was hoping to stay in Munich but that was what they offered! Pro: 1- The hotel is clean and in good shape 2- Room are up to standards 3- The restaurant was nice. They have a Lufthansa menu for the dinner with limited choices but you can probably pay and order what you want. The dinner was good although the protein in Salamon Pasta dish was very limited 4- Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. They have eggs in the buffet but you can't order an omelet, or at least it was not offered. Midway: 1- Erik (the owner) is so nice and has a full time smile (I made sure to thank him for his service and good business and shake his hand before leaving). Not sure if it is a family business or not but some were very nice & some were not very helpful. For example, the young man who checked me in was blunt. I didn't know where I was from Munich and when I asked if I can go to the city or if there is any other thing to do other than sleeping, he was not helpful. He booked me for a dinner sitting without asking if this is a good time! 2- The driver speaks no English. when I arrived, he was not very nice, in my opinion, but by the end of the trip, we were getting along. Cons: 1- This is not the right place for a solo or a family with kids. My joke after my trip was this is the place you take you mistress to and your wife will never find you. It is literally out in a village or a very small town. It is nice for a romantic vacation or if you want to be alone in a quiet place. I liked it but I would prefer to be near the city 2- I noticed a bus stop but you will probably need a car if you decided to stay there 3- Door closes after a certain hour Overall, a nice place if you are staying the night to catch a flight or staying on an airline expense and you have no plans to do anything other than watching TV, reading or sleeping. It is probably excellent for a romantic vacation with your partner. Clean rooms, and nice food.

We ended up on this “establishment” as a Lufthansa accommodation for an overnight delay. the place appears clean but that’s all the positive thing about it. The staff treated us from the beginning as unwanted guests. The staff rudeness and impertinence culminated in the early morning when they wanted to cram in the van, 3 members of my family on two seats. When I raised the safety concerns for not to be able to use the seatbelt, the staff literally kicked us out from the van, and thrown our luggage on the ground. The van departed without us and they suggested to call for a cab on our on expense while they were paid and mandated by Lufthansa to fulfill this contract. Aside from the rudeness and impertinence of the hotel staff, the consideration for the safety should be a must. For this behaviour they should be out of business. Lufthansa was notified also.

Das Mittagessen (Gnochhi und Tagliolini Tartufo) war top. Ein absolutes No-Go ist aber, dass es keine Speisekarte mehr gibt! Bei der Bitte uns die Speisekarte zu bringen, erhielten wir die Antwort, dass die gezeigte Tafel die Speisekarte sei. Nachspeisen und Getränke waren nicht aufgeführt. Die böse Überraschung kam dann bei der Bezahlung: 4 x Pils 0,3 l = 18,00 € 1 x Tiramisu = 12,00 € 1 x Torta Ciocolata = 12,00 € 2 x Espressi = 7,00 € Das Mittagessen hat für 2 Personen dann insgesamt stolze 93,00 € gekostet. Schade, dass auch bei Eriks die Unsitte stattgefunden hat, auf der Homepage für die Speisen keine Preise mehr anzugeben. Anders als bei unseren früheren Besuchen wird jetzt das Bier in Gläsern ohne Kennzeichnung des Eichstrichs ausgeschenkt, was nicht den gesetzlichen Anforderungen entspricht. Ein Schelm, wer Schlechtes denkt. Hallo Erik, ich denke, du hast uns damit künftig als langjähriger Kunde verloren.
