Excellent located. Very friendly service. Bar at the roof always a visit worth. Neuchâtel is a small very charming town with many charming restaurants.. Possibilities to visit hidden places in the environment (Jura) and of course the lake.

Deux nuits, deux chambres identiques avec la vue sur le lac. Belle prestation. La lampe de chevet est un peu loin de la surface de travail du bureau. Du coup, Il manque un peu d'éclairage pour lire et écrire. Je recommande cet établissement. Merci beaucoup à la réceptionniste du 10/12 au matin.

Accueil exécrable sur la magnifique terrasse sur le toit. Il s'agit d'un constat répété à plusieurs reprises; rédhibitoire. Dommage que les alémaniques présents emportent avec eux cette mauvaise expérience. Il est clair que je ne m'y rends plus et que je n'en ferai pas la promotion.

Great location and view (weather allowing), rooms are OK but noisy and the reservation service was amateurish. Without understanding anything, one still hears TV and conversations through the walls and can tell when neighbors are enjoying their time in bed. We booked a TWIN room directly with Best Western and got an immediate confirmation for a TWIN room. We then sent a separate mail to get a parking slot at the hotel and got a polite confirmation for it. However when we got there we were first allocated a DOUBLE room (no twin beds) and told that space in the garage was uncertain. When I said I had specifically booked and received confirmation for TWIN + parking, the receptionist said our reservation showed no trace of a TWIN specification. He juggled a few tings and in the end everything worked out fine but this is not a professional service when the customer even received written confirmation for what he asked.
