The environment is surprisingly quiet. Just a few rooms. Take a taxi from the airport pickme for 1400 rupees. But I cancelled three orders and the fourth order was picked up by the driver. At the door in the middle of the night, you have to call the hotel to open a sudden car to pick you up into the yard. I waited for five or six minutes after calling that night. Except for this, other full marks. The bathroom feels newly renovated. Health online, more than 100 is more suitable. Breakfast is 30 yuan per person. Eating is average, but the service is very good.

Ziegler Cottage was our comfortable home for a few days while we visited Negombo. It is easy to reach from the airport, and you can take tuk-tuks or the bus into Negombo. Our room had a sea view and a balcony with sea breezes making airconditioning unnecessary. The waves were too high for us to swim in the sea but the pool made up for it. Food, especially the fruit selection at breakfast, was very good. Staff were responsive and very hard-working. The hotel can organize trips--our all-day outing to a spice plantation, the Ridee Viharaya Temple, and the elephant park was perfect. Everyone goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. The hotel owner drove us to our destination when our ride did not show up. Thank you for a memorable stay! we look forward to returning.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in the best way possible. It was clean, cosy, the staff was very friendly and helpful regarding all our needs, and the place is, like, 3 minutes to the beach. What I would really like to highlight was the cooking. Breakfast was amazing!
