The hotel is a little far from the fish market. But it has its own swimming pool and beach near the sea. The hotel and sea view rooms have good views, but the sea water is not very blue these days.
The room is generally unsatisfactory, because it is also near the sea, so there is always a damp feeling. And there is no quilt, just a quilt cover.
The air conditioner is old and noisy, and I almost couldn't sleep at night.
There is no free bottled water in the room. If you want to drink water, you can only buy a bottle at the front desk for 320 rupees.
But Lanka's service is pretty good, and the locals feel quite enthusiastic. So this hotel has many European and American white people staying.

It was a very pleasant stay and great rooftop bar.

Lovely hotel with great views over the beach. The rooms are fairly basic but for the price are great value and the beds are comfortable. Thanks for the stay, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again…

Our room was not the best but it was cheap so we got what we payed for. The stuff are helpfull and very kind., The chef is really good. Everything from the kitchen was delicious. We tried Italian and Lankesian kitchen. The polarea is very nice. I really recommend this hotel.,
