I was on my business trip and this property is new and good and convenient from airport transfer , over all worth for money

Location is ok. Took too long to check in, in spite of my request mail for an early check in. After a long drive we were forced to sit in the lounge. Room is too small and toilet requisites are just bare minimum.

It was easy to reach the hotel as it is very near to kochi airport food preparation is very good as well as amenities and it's services

If I could give 0 stars to a hotel this would be the one, they have the worst hospitality if you could ask and if you want to be harassed by their staff before leaving for your flight you can definitely book this hotel. I stayed in hotel for 2 days in different dates and I left my clothes the first time I stayed here, when I asked the reception to check if I have left something in my last room and inform me if they find something the second time when stayed after few days to two different people and then assured to ask their housekeeping and reach out but nobody did. And while during our checkout when I was getting late for airport I was harrassed by their staff for extra charges for smoking in the hotel. We were in group of 17 people and no smoking is allowed at the hotel I agree though they do not mention that if you do we will harass you to pay 5000 anyhow when you leave for airport and won't let you leave till you do that. The person who checked me out, first told both the rooms I am checking out now has smoke smell,i disregarded saying that's not possible as the in my rooms i lit candles and it can have burn smells other rooms cannot as they were kids room, they were ready to fine me for 2 rooms when I didn't agree,then there was one room in which my brother would check out in an hour,he then shifted to that room and mine room smelling again and legit took him to check the room,he told his housekeeping is saying it's is smelling, he didnt agree to it till we showed him again and he agreed, it's basically they will do everything in their power to charge you for things when you check out, even if a person has smoked in one room,how can your housekeeping blame all the other room smelling and why the reception guy had to go take my brother check to be confirm, are we here to be harrassed by the team when the person leave to catch their flight. I have usually seen 5 star give top notch service to their clients handle everything and give a very smooth experience,this is the worst 5 star I have ever stayed in. And the woman handling the checkout when I said I'm getting late i won't be paying 5000 and im leaving as I'm getting late for the flight you can discuss with my brother who is leaving late, legit that woman told can we keep in hold if he doesn't pay. Do you think you can keep me in hold who the hell are you? And how could you even say that ? They already charged one room with 5000 for smoking in the morning checkouts and uncle paid for it as he did smoke in the room,he protested but he was getting late too and then they tried doing the same with 3 rooms left. And in this he found smell in the one room a single bud which my uncle who has already paid for the charge might have smoked in my room to as their was only cig bud and no boxes,no buds,he found something to held me accountable and harass me. please choose flora which is in the opposite side only. I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott near Kochin Airport, and what could have been a stressful trip turned into a truly heartwarming experience, thanks to the incredible staff. My wife had a small mishap at the airport and hurt her leg, requiring immediate medical attention. In an unfamiliar city, this was understandably overwhelming, but the hotel staff went over and beyond to help us. They quickly arranged transportation to the hospital and assisted us with every detail, making sure we felt supported and cared for during the ordeal. Their kindness made all the difference. Despite the unexpected circumstances, our stay at the Courtyard Marriott was exceptional. The breakfast spread was extraordinary, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. Special mention to Anjulika, who was incredibly sweet and kind. She ensured we had everything we needed, making us feel truly at home. The service, hospitality, and care provided by the Courtyard Marriott staff made our stay memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a team that truly cares for its guests. Staff was friendly and the food was good. We did not stay for a long time. Just had a cofee and some snacks, but those were good.
