Very bad experience. I booked this hotel with a panoramic room to see the pyramids, but they took me to the guesthouse next door. This is something that even Egyptians can do. If I spend this much money to stay in this hotel, I won't book it. Be careful when booking a hotel. The hotel I booked is not the one in the picture. The attitude of the front desk is particularly bad. They refused to refund the money. Later, they asked the customer service to intervene.

The pyramids were right in front of us and the view was amazing.
The room was clean and we felt at ease. We were grateful that there was a hair dryer.
When we used the shower room, water overflowed from the door, so we bought slippers at a nearby store and got by.
The breakfast had a wide variety of Egyptian dishes and was great to eat while looking out at the pyramids.
We also enjoyed the chaotic cityscape of Giza.
