Hampton Inn & Suites Navarre

I visit my son in Navarre quite often. I typically stay in a hotel nearby. This Hampton Inn is in a good location. I’ve found the rooms and common areas to be clean. The front desk staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn Fare. Millie and Jennifer were totally awesome! The best Hilton employees that we’ve encountered in a long time! Millie was engaging with the guest and made sure that everyone had what they needed. They kept the very busy area stocked and clean. This Hampton Inn is very lucky to have them represent the Hilton brand. A true asset to the company! Hilton please try to find more employees that care just like Millie and Jennifer!

A friendly hotel with a wonderful staff. My wife and I had an exceptional experience during our stay with the staff and the accommodations at this hotel. The woman that helped us at the front desk, Nichelle, couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful. She was a pleasure to meet and work with. I highly recommend this location and when the opportunity arises, will visit again. Thank you for making our visit pleasant and comfortable.

Rooms were clean. Location was nice. Great customer service. The breakfast was excellent. My family raved about how great the waffles etc were. Definitely not something you expect at a hotel, so it was a nice surprise. We will return to this hotel, when we visit again!

Great customer service. Nichelle at the front counter was very professional and friendly! Great staff! Fast and efficient service! Room was very clean and stocked with necessities needed for the trip. Very spacious room also. Definitely returning.

We arrived for an early check in and were greeted by a very courteous staff member. At that point, the remainder of the stay was poor at best. This aging property needs a complete facelift. The carpeting in both the rooms and common areas is dirty and needs replaced. The beds are so uncomfortable that it caused us to cut our stay short. There is no room service provided, so plan on making a trip to the front desk every evening for a towel exchange. We were not told this when we made the reservation. We found out when we arrived. All in all, very disappointed. This property is not even close to the standards we expect from a Hampton Inn.

There were two incident of dogs barking/whining loudly not far from our room. We advised the front desk, received a lukewarm response stating that she would check on the issue. Unfortunately, it happened again a short time later. We then decided to try to go back to sleep and enjoy our stay.

We asked for room cleaning and it was not done and twice we had to take towels to the desk and ask for more. We also had to ask for toilet paper. As a whole it was not what we think of as the Hilton experience.

I have been a Hilton diamond member for about eight years. I had the unfortunate experience after doing yardwork and pulling in this parking lot because I had car trouble. I was waiting for my husband to get me - and a truly awful lady at the front desk, apparently judged me because of my appearance in shorts, flip-flops, and scratches from yard work. she yelled at me to leave, immediately. Although I know from many years at Hilton stays people that are not staying overnight, sit in the lobby while waiting for others. I walk outside per her request in close to 100° heat in Florida. I also have lupus which is dangerous to be in the sun and in the heat , the front desk manager could have cared less. I go and sit on the bench in front of the hotel waiting for my husband. She starts screaming at me to leave and I tell her that I have lupus and I need shade and my husband is on the way. She then calls the police on a diamond member who has spent several hundred thousand dollars on business trips over the year. Three police officers show up and I am mortified. I’m not sure if this lady is particularly angry but I prefer to be kind to people, especially when they’re in a jam . Shame on her and her absolute lack of compassion or decency.
