Stayed at ginger omr chennai and found it to be a nice place for families. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, though it had some noise issues. The hotel has decent facilities, and there's a food court nearby, which is a plus. Overall, it’s a good budget option, and i would recommend it.

Reception people are always lying about availability or any request you make. Rest all are fine. If you don't get any other good hotels then i would be a good option.
