We stayed in room 202, on the second floor. The place did not match the photos at all. There was mold on the wall of the air conditioning unit, the curtains were dirty, the shower was quite old and the shower stall was very small.
We came across cockroaches during our stay.
As for breakfast, it was very bad. For 5 days the menu was the same, the food was cold and completely unsalted.

Ar condicionado de ambos os quartos que entrei não funcionava de maneira propria. O local era muito quente e ficou muito dificil de dormir. O Hotel atestou que não era responsabilidade deles já que eles são um residencial.

Experiência negativa
Foi um dos piores Hotéis que fiquei hospedado. Já na chegada, tinha uma barata se debatendo na porta do quarto. O banheiro com a torneira quebrada e, mesmo após solicitar o reparo, não conseguiram consertar. As camas muito ruins e com colchões afundando, lençol com cheiro de xixi, a TV smart mas não acessava Internet, enfim...o Hotel precisa melhorar a infraestrutura urgente.
