Assim que reservei o hotel fui ver os.comentários e vi muita gente detonando o local. Fiquei um pouco apreensivo, porém como não tinha reembolso em caso de cancelamento, enfrentei. Então aqui vai minha sincera opinião:
O local vale o preço que é pago. Tem uma cama confortável, banheiro organizado, um café da manhã aceitável e serviço de quarto todos os dias. Para aqueles que querem viajar gastando pouco e ter um local para tomar banho, dormir e deixar os pertences, esse é um bom local. Ótima localização, pessoal da recepção são bem prestativos e o café oferece uma boa opcão de desejum.
Agora, se você é daqueles que quer pagar barat9 e receber tratamento de resort 5 estrelas, esse não é o lugar para você. Põe a mão no bolso e pegue outro local.
Com relação a infraestrutura. Essa sim precisa de um cuidado urgente. Os quartos, incluindo pisos, pia e pintura são bem antigos, podendo ser melhorado. O ar-condicionado então ta fazendo hora-extra faz tempo. Outro ponto seria a limpeza do local, podendo ser mais rigorosa e precisa de uma pintura urgente.

O atendimento foi muito bom, recebi uma descrição detalhada do que havia comprado, recebi o e-mail de confirmação antes da hospedagem, no check-in e check-out estava tudo certo e os funcionários atenderam muito bem. Apesar do ar condicionado funcionar, o chuveiro ter água quente e o tamanho do quarto ser confortável, as instalações estavam ruins. O banheiro possuía vazamento em três registros e o teto estava completamente mofado. Havia umidade no teto do quarto e muita sujeira acumulada nos cantos dos móveis, como exemplo a cabeceira da cama e nas tomadas, também havia muito pó sobre as portas entre outros pontos onde poderia acumular. O quarto não possuía ventilação adequada, as pequenas janelas davam para o corredor.

Não tinha espaço na garagem tive que estacionar em outra avenida e atravessando a rampa derrape e quebrei a perna com meu bebê no braço essa rampa precisa trocar o piso muito escorregadio fui informada por próprios funcionários que não fui a primeira pessoa a cair
