Sandals Royal Bahamian

Sandals and the Bahamas did not disappoint. The water is so clear and blue, the weather was great, food and service were great as well. The Island is small and safe to explore. Rose Island was a 30 minute boat ride and we got to see the piggies! We stayed 4 nights but could have stayed a few more. Make sure you go over to the private island. That was the best!!! Will definitely be back!

I would just like to say that playmaker Richshan aka Bobby is amazing she keeps me laughing and we played a game of Italian bowling inside of the coconut grove she is my favorite playmaker me and my family loved her and she kept our company all day

This was our first time at Sandals. We stayed at the Royal Bahamian. We had a great week. Food and service was excellent. Everyone associated with Sandals went out of their way to make you feel special. Would definitely recommend Sandals.

We had a wonderful time! From the moment we arrived in Nassau, with the warm "Welcome Home" greeting, we knew we made the right choice. We were only here for 4 days and wanted to have everything at our fingertips. We splurged on a Butler Elite suite with private garden, pool and soaking tub. The room was larger than expected and lovely. The very best part of our experience was the service from Logesh and Dominique. Wow! Service with heart, service with a smile and truly catered to our needs. It was not pretentious (we were worried) and the dream team that worked with us clearly loved their job and wanted to make things extra special. The food at the restaurants was good, nice variety and easy to get to at any time. The spa services were great. Evening entertainment allowed us to connect with some new friends and unwind. Private car service was also lovely and worry free. The vacation really hit the mark!

Sandals Royal Bahamian was our first ever Sandals vacation back in 2015. We loved every minute of our stay. We have since been to several other Sandals resorts but are thinking about booking SRB for our next vacation. When we stayed in 2015, there was a local band that played outside one evening. They were fabulous!! They sang hits from many eras. Can anyone tell me if SRB still has this specific kind of evening entertainment? TY!

We recently returned from Sandals Royal Bahamian. Overall, it was a good vacation, but of the eight trips we have taken to Sandals, this was our least favorite resort. The weather wasn't good, which I know is out of everyone’s control, but the private island was only open 1 day we were there and the beach at the resort is awful. We were in a wreck in the shuttle from the airport to the resort, which certainly wasn’t a good start to the vacation, but thankfully everyone was ok. Butch’s was the best restaurant, but the rest of the food was just ok. Doubt we will return to Royal Bahamian, but certainly will continue to vacation at Sandals Resorts! We are thankful for Dream Makers Vacation Services for their help with our trip!

This was our first time ever at a sandals and it did not disappoint. We were lucky enough to be able to get the butler suite and our two butlers made this experience unforgettable. My fiance and I got married at the resort with our parents and it was absolutely beautiful. Our butlers Lugesh and Dominique went above and beyond every single day to make sure our stay was top notch. The hospitality and kindness from these men was so amazing. They made our trip so remarkable! My in laws had Tyla as one of their butlers and this woman was amazing. Going above and buind for everyone. If you get book with a butler I hope you get one of these 3. Thank you 😊

Check-in wasn’t a great start, no walk of the restaurants or guide around the resort, in all my Sandals stays this was the first time this had happened. As it was the first time I didn’t have a butler suite or a club suite it’s clear that those who book a cheaper room are treated as second class citizens in the Bahamas. On entering my room I was greeted by a cockroach, my room was on the 4th floor so not sure how this happened, this was the first of four cockroaches I encountered throughout my stay. House keeping was not great, I had to clean the shower glass myself on one occasion is was that bad and they also left dirty glasses from someone else’s room in our room once cleaned. Some staff are great (Micah!) whilst others are rude and don’t provide a great service. Every restaurant except Butches served plates of food one at a time meaning my group (of 4) were eating at a restaurant at different times and watching each other eat their food. One part of the beach was spotless whilst two days back to back the right hand side had a build up of seaweed and was t cleaned. It goes without saying the stay was bad, really bad. I do not advise anyone to visit Sandals Bahamas, better to go to Sandals Riyal Barbados, the staff there are amazing and resort is 100 times better than the Bahamas
