Hyatt Place Nashville / Brentwood

This hotel is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I should have known when we arrived and there was no one to help with your bags that it was going to be a bad experience. So, I unloaded my car onto a trolley and helped my 96 year old mother onto the elevator. The room was ok, but had a bathroom so small even a small person could barely get in and close the door without moving to the side to do so. The beds were adequate, though a bit soft. We left for most of the next day and when we returned our beds had not been made. They took used towels and emptied the trash but that was all. When I inquired the next morning at the front desk I was told they only make the beds “every other day”! However, we stayed a total of 4 nights and the beds were never made the entire time! The breakfast was average. And it was the same menu every single day. One morning when we arrived there was almost no food left and no one had bothered to clean up around the area. On top of that, they charge you some fee for who knows what even though my entire booking had been paid in advance. Part of that is supposed to be refunded but “could take 7 to 10 days”. When I went to check out, there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait over 15 minutes for him to return. There was a sign stating he was off performing other duties! Perhaps he was making up our beds?? Then when I told him how disappointed I was he just stared at the computer. Did not say he was sorry or anything. All he said was,” Ok, your checkout is complete.” I know one thing…I have stayed there twice…my first time and my LAST! Worst hotel and still not inexpensive.

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Chris and Bailey at the front desk were fantastic. We had a mix up on our reservation, but they were super helpful and made everything right. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was good. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hands down the best staff I have ever come across staying at any hotel. Chris Pearson was amazing, attentive and kind...I could go on and on. The free breakfast was delicious with a typical variety of options. We were part of 2 girls hockey teams staying there for a tournament and they never ran out of food during breakfast. The bathroom itself was a bit small but the rest of the room is spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of free parking and the location is great...a short 15 minute drive or Uber to downtown Nashville. My 15 year old son, Denver, is a musician and it was really cool talking with Chris about the music scene in and around Nashville. Denver actually played and sang for the team at the hotel. Thank you Chris for your kind words. Really can't say enough about the staff...very quickly they made us feel like family. That is what has me missing this place so much now that we're home. Chris it was a genuine pleasure meeting you. I don't recall the other names but I believe Ashley worked the last night we were there. From these 2, to the breakfast and cleaning staff...all amazing, top notch people. Thank you so so much!

Great customer service. Bailey and Christopher were awesome! Super friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was great. Good selection and always hot. If you like strong coffee, it was delicious. Hotel is slightly dated but very clean. Rooms had ample space. We didn't get to use the pool as it was rainy most of our trip but it looked nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing hotel to stay in. It was my birthday weekend. Wi-Fi worked great. Room was right by the exit. Breakfast was A M A Z I N G

The location is perfect. The hotel is located at the top of a hill overlooking the Brentwood area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Quiet atmosphere. Restful atmosphere, which was very clean and professionally decorated.

I have no complaints at all! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had a small issue during my stay, and even though I insisted everything was fine, the customer service manager was ADAMANT on making sure I got the most out of my stay! He went above and beyond! I am so appreciative and will be staying again!

Absolutely beautiful rooms and the bar attendant named Chris took excellent care of our party of 6. Showers and rooms were clean, I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a place! Thank you Chris for making our night fun!
