Stayed here twice in one week. The first time was when we arrived. The only complaint I had for the first time was the bathroom fan was very loud, which is on all the time (no way to turn off fan in bathroom). The second time (after visiting East Tennessee), was a bit better. The bathroom fan still constantly on, but not as loud. First time we were on 3rd floor, 2nd time on the 4th. The area is very busy as an FYI. Also can be a bit tricky to get out of the area, not to bad getting in. Beds were comfy enough (at least more comfy than the BW we stayed at in Pigeon Forge). Pillows were soft too. Staff is friendly and breakfast area is clean. The woman attending the cafe was helpful and cleaned and stocked everything. She was in top of it all, she was great. We only had issues with keys once but was fixed right away. Traffic around the hotel is busy, but otherwise it was a good stay.

Our one night-stay was very pleasant and comfortable and deserving of 4 stars. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, the wifi worked well, and the room was well-appointed with all the typical necessities. I would have liked to have a freezer compartment in the mini fridge. The cleanliness level was good. The service was good. I marked it down one star for trouble with the breakfast. The coffee supply was not replenished in a timely fashion (completely out for20 minutes ) and when the bacon and potatoes ran out, there was no more provided (this was at 8:30am). The music piped into the lobby was pleasant but geared toward customers aged 70-80. I found that interesting and a little surprising.

#positive #I was happy with the Toiletries, Natural Light in the Room; #negative #I was disappointed with the Hotel Smell; The hotel staff is very welcoming, the location is 7 minutes drive from the airport, the health condition is OK, the taste of our room is a bit strange, and the stay for one night is not care.

The room was clean to the naked eye, we forgot our black light. We did discover that the dark curtains were there for decorating, not to cover the window, but we were on the fifth floor next to the street lamp, so no need for a night light, of any lights for that matter, very energy efficient. We were also closest to the interstate, so no need for soothing music to lull us to sleep, very thoughtful. Our initial thought was the toilet was frighteningly loud, but it was mindful to have fellow guests alerted to our courtesies of flushing, very demure. The height of the potty bowl facilitated the opportunity to get our squats in during our stay, no gym needed, otherwise I may have skipped leg day, very supportive.

South Nashville
We were traveling through Nashville on our way to Washington D.C.. At first I was a little concerned about the location but it turned out to be perfect. There is a wonderful Central American restaurant next to the property and it very convenient to get back on the highway. The room was clean, the front desk was extremely friendly and everything worked just fine. The breakfast was typical but got the job done
