Personeller çok güler yüzlü odaya park yatağı istediğimizde bile küçük odaya bir şekilde ayarladılar biz çocuk sayısını unutmamıza rağmen.Kahvaltı konusunda çok çeşit mevcut değil orda Göreme ve Ören yerlerine 20/25dakıka uzak ama merkeze yakın.Otelın atmosferı çok hoş

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Lost City Hotel in Nevşehir zu übernachten, und es war von Anfang bis Ende eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Die Lage ist perfekt, im Herzen von Kappadokien gelegen, und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die einzigartige Landschaft direkt von den Hotelanlagen aus.
Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam und immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Sie gaben ausgezeichnete Empfehlungen für lokale Touren und Restaurants, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte.
Die Zimmer waren wunderschön dekoriert, geräumig und makellos sauber und boten eine perfekte Mischung aus modernem Komfort und traditionellem Charme. Das Bett war sehr bequem, und ich schätzte die Liebe zum Detail bei den Zimmerausstattungen.
Das Frühstück war ein Höhepunkt unseres Aufenthalts – ein köstliches Buffet mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen, die jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet wurden.

Nemli, rutubetli ve havasız oda
Oda inanılmaz nemli, rutubetli ve havasızdı. Bize önce tüm odaların bu şekilde olduğu söylendi fakat yan odada bulunan ailemin odası bu şekilde değildi. Sonrasında çalışanlar da bu durumun o odaya özgü olduğunu kabul edip oda değişikliği için yardımcı olacaklarını söylediler. Akşam geldiğimizde "unutulma" gerekçesiyle oda değişikliğimizin yapılmadığını gördük. Akşam ilgilenen çalışan gündüz çalışan personelin aksine ancak ekstra ücretle oda değişikliği yapabileceğimizi söyledi. Kendilerinden kaynaklanan bir sorun olmasına rağmen oda değişikliğimiz için bizden ücret talep ettiler. Sonuç olarak sorunumuz çözülmedi ve nemli/havasız bir odada iki gece geçirdik. Vantilatör sağladılar ve biz yokken gün boyu odanın kapısının açık kalmasını talep ettik. Buna rağmen akşam oda havasızdı. Bizim için oldukça konforsuz bir deneyimdi. Çalışanlar arasında da sorun çözümüne yönelik tutarsız bir tutum söz konusuydu. Gündüz çalışan personeller sorunumuzu çözmeye çalışırken akşam çalışan personel kesinlikle yardımcı olmadı. Sonuç olarak bizim sorunumuz çözümsüz kaldı. Tüm odaların bu şekilde olduğunu iddia etmiyorum çünkü ailem oldukça konforlu bir şekilde konakladılar fakat bizim için aynısı söz konusu değildi. Burada konaklarken rutubetli bir odaya denk gelirseniz havasız/sıcak bir odada çarşaflar nemli bir şekilde konaklamak zorunda kalabilirsiniz.

Otele girişimizden itibaren bizi misafirleri gibi ağırlayan , yardımcı olan tüm personel ekibine sonsuz teşekkürler. İki bebekle tatil zor malum , otel çalışanları o kadar içten davrandılar ki bu zorluğu hiç hissetmedik. Bebeklerin huzursuzluğu kahvaltı saatinde bize sorun çıkardığını gören iyi yürekli ablaları odamıza kahvaltıyı hazırlatıp göndermişler. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Un très bon hôtel, propre, architecture et décoration d'intérieur très originale, personnel très accueillant.. par rapport à son emplacement, il est un peu loin de Gureme, où on peut observer et admirer les montgolfières au lever du soleil
